Do you do turf repairs or turf maintenance?
No. We install new turf and full turf replacements as part of premium outdoor projects. We do not offer turf repair, seam fixes, deodorizing programs, infill top-offs, brushing programs, or maintenance plans.
Do you offer paver cleaning/sealing or maintenance services?
No. We focus on premium design-build installs. If you need maintenance-only services, we recommend hiring a local maintenance provider. If your hardscape needs major correction, we can evaluate full replacement as part of a remodel (minimum $15k).
How long does an outdoor living project take?
Timelines vary by scope, approvals, and selections. Small “core zone” builds can be completed in a few weeks; larger front+back or pavilion programs can take longer due to permits, lead times, and multi-trade coordination. See: Project Timeline.
