What exactly is the On-Time Completion Guarantee?
It’s our promise to complete your project by the timeline we commit to after your pre-construction walkthrough. If we miss that deadline due to delays within our control, we compensate you up to 10% of your project value.

How much do I get if the project is late?
Here’s how compensation is structured:
- 7–13 days late: $1,000 paid to you
- 14–20 days late: $2,000 total paid to you
- 21+ days late: 10% of total project value (maximum refund)

When is my completion date officially locked in?
Your guaranteed timeline is set during your pre-construction walkthrough, after we’ve confirmed site conditions, material availability, and permit status. That’s when the clock officially starts.

What types of delays are covered by the guarantee?
Only delays caused by our team, process, or planning. That includes things like poor internal scheduling, project mismanagement, etc..

What kinds of delays are not covered?
Delays due to weather, permit office backlog, inspections, change orders, or material shortages or defects outside our control aren’t covered. We always communicate transparently and adjust timelines as needed.

What if the delay is just a few days?
The guarantee starts at 7 days late. We often build in buffers to manage minor shifts without affecting your promised completion.

What if my project finishes early?
Great news – that happens a lot. We finish on time or early for 98% of projects, and your original project cost doesn’t change.

How do I know how my project is tracking?
You’ll have access to our Mission Control Dashboard, which shows real-time progress, milestone completions, and expected finish dates. You’ll never have to wonder what’s happening.

How is the refund processed if you’re late?
Your project manager will notify you and document the final delivery date. Any compensation owed will be processed through your original payment method or issued as a refund within a set timeframe (outlined in your contract).

Has anyone ever actually received the guarantee payout?
It’s rare, but yes, we’ve honored it when a delay was clearly on us. That’s why it exists: to keep us accountable and give you peace of mind.

Is this guarantee written into my contract?
Yes. The terms of the guarantee are included in your service agreement, so there’s no gray area or fine print to worry about.

Can I opt out of the guarantee if I want more schedule flexibility?
This guarantee is standard on all qualifying projects. If your project timeline is flexible or staged (e.g., design now, build later), we’ll tailor the plan, but you’ll still benefit from clear deadlines and accountability.
