How The Money-Back Guarantee* Works
Our On-Time Guarantee applies to projects with a signed contract value of $25,000 or more. For smaller projects, we still commit to timely delivery, but the financial guarantee does not apply.
Your guaranteed date is set after the Pre-Construction Walkthrough (once permits, selections, long-lead releases, and 811 are completed). If we are 8 consecutive calendar days late for reasons within our control, you receive $1,000 (8–14), $2,000 (15–21), or 10% (22+, cap 10%).
We post any Revised SCD in your portal and keep a Delay Log. Credit is calculated at Substantial Completion and applied to your final invoice (or refunded if larger).

PAPERWORK & PLANNING
When everything checks out, we’ll officially kick this off. If design is part of your project, we start there. During this phase, we’ll support you with any HOA approvals or permit requirements.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION WALKTHROUGH
Before we break ground, your project manager will walk the site with you and confirm the guaranteed timeline based on real conditions. The clock starts now!
STEP 4
REAL TIME TRACKING
As we work, you’ll have access to our live Mission Control system, so you’ll always know what we’re working on and where your project stands.
STEP 5
ON-TIME COMPLETION OR YOU GET PAID
We complete your project by the promised date, or we pay you according to our guarantee terms. That’s how we stay accountable and deliver peace of mind.

What actually triggers the money-back guarantee?
Your guaranteed completion date is set after the pre-construction walkthrough. If we miss that deadline due to factors within our control, we’ll compensate you according to our guarantee terms.
The guarantee period concludes once the project is substantially completed and ready for the final walkthrough. If we document multiple attempts to schedule a final walkthrough or obtain your signed Certificate of Completion without response or cooperation, the project will be considered complete, and the guarantee will no longer apply.
At the pre-construction walkthrough, after we’ve confirmed materials, permits, and site conditions. This timeline is based on conditions affecting your project, not just estimates.
What happens if you're late by just a day or two?
We typically build in a short buffer so we can stay ahead of schedule. The guarantee compensation starts at 7 days late, giving us room to resolve minor hiccups without disrupting your timeline.
