The original driveway and entryway featured aging concrete and high-maintenance grass, making daily use and upkeep challenging. The homeowners wanted a modern, low-maintenance front yard that improved both functionality and curb appeal.

Key features of this design-build project include a modern paver driveway and entryway for durability and cohesive style, a custom retaining wall that provides structural support and visual interest for the tiered yard, and low-maintenance artificial turf that stays green year-round while reducing water use and upkeep.

In addition to his construction background, Patrick holds a real estate license and is a certified mold, thermographic, and home inspector. Outside of work, his number one priority is family.
