Project Overview

This high-end front yard transformation took place in the serene San Carlos neighborhood of San Diego. The original driveway had significantly deteriorated, the lawn couldn’t thrive on the sloped terrain, and ongoing drainage issues created frustration for the homeowners. They were looking for a sleek, low-maintenance solution that would enhance curb appeal and seamlessly align with HOA guidelines. Key features of this design-build project include a custom Melville Wall that adds structure and elevates the home’s visual presence, a modern paver driveway in versatile tones that pairs beautifully with the retaining wall, and a strip of artificial turf in front of the shrubs to soften the hardscape and create visual balance. Upfront planning was essential. Early layout design and above-ceiling coordination helped keep the project on track in both timeline and budget.

With extensive experience managing interior and exterior builds for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects, he is particularly skilled in hardscape development and is committed to delivering every project with quality, compliance, and on-time results.

In addition to his construction background, Patrick holds a real estate license and is a certified mold, thermographic, and home inspector. Outside of work, his number one priority is family. He enjoys spending quality time outdoors and fine dining with loved ones, maintaining a balance between professional excellence and personal fulfillment.
