In the walkable beachside community of North Pacific Beach, just steps from Mission Bay, this backyard got a complete refresh. The original space had an uneven layout, worn hardscape, and patchy grass that was tough to maintain and limited how the family could use it.

In addition to his construction background, Patrick holds a real estate license and is a certified mold, thermographic, and home inspector. Outside of work, his number one priority is family. He enjoys spending quality time outdoors and fine dining with loved ones, maintaining a balance between professional excellence and personal fulfillment.
