How the 2% Showcase Discount works
You earn it by letting us show the project. Three things, nothing else.
A yard sign
A job sign in the front yard during construction and for up to 30 days after completion, where your HOA and city allow one.
A photo and video shoot
Of the finished project, at the final walk or within 30 days after.
Permission to publish
Those photos and videos in our portfolio, website, social media and advertising, with no name, no address and no people in them.
Applied the same day. You sign a one-page showcase release with your contract and the 2% is applied to your investment that day. If your HOA or city does not allow a sign, the photo shoot alone earns it.
Nothing else is part of it. No review, no referral and no testimonial. The release covers the project, not your family: people in photos, your house number, or your own words are never published without your separate consent.
