Overview
Carried 340 sf of ORCO Mediterranean Express pavers from the property line to the front door, with 15 lf of bullnose treads handling the entry grade change in this Tierrasanta front yard. Replaced the patchy lawn with 550 sf of SiteOne Turf1 Rye and set a beach-pebble border to catch roof runoff before the planted edge. Nine build days from curb to defined route.

The Challenge
- The natural grass lawn required regular watering, mowing, and edging, but still looked patchy and worn along the walkway edges.
- Concrete stepping stones scattered across the lawn left no defined path from the driveway to the front entry, making the approach feel unfinished.
- An existing drain near the walkway had a cap that trapped standing water after rain, creating a mosquito breeding concern at the front of the house.
