Worked with Ron Dombroski to redo the front yard that had been overdue for years. The land was uneven, there were really questionable work from the previous owners that seemed to have accumulated into a mess. Install-it-Direct was very friendly and worked with me to get the front yard into a simplistic design that fit my budget. The best part about this project was the relationship and conversations I had with Ron. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and he made sure that design was good and worked with me to creatively save costs where it made sense. They are extremely professional and friendly. The most impressive thing about what they do comes all the way down to the quote. It is one of the best things I have ever seen and gave me confidence that this is a solid company to do great work.

On project day – the crew did a phenomenal job. The leveled everything – demo’d some concrete and cleared out a lot of debris and junk. They even finished one day earlier than predicted. I can’t really ask for much better. Thanks guys.

Major backyard renovation.  Removed all sod, sprinklers, created several multiple use areas: Zen Garden, Artificial turf play area, (4) hole putting green with sloped challenge, paver walkways/mow strips, decking, bocce ball court, decomposed granite pathways, mulched area, 22′ swim spa concrete and rebar pad.  Every last feature flawless.  I knew what I wanted, but Dustin’s design creation brought it to life even better than I imagined.

I cannot be more complimentary of Shawn and the entire Install-It team. I shopped around for turf in my rear yard, and called a few local companies. Not only was Install-It’s price competitive with turf-only installers, their price included demolition and other labor the other contractors would not include. Install-It also offers paver installation, which just added to the beauty of my new backyard. After installation was complete, the Install-It crew even came back to help me with a sprinkler issue they did not create – free of charge. Great value, great service, great product. Several years ago we landscaped our front yard with Install-It-Direct. Brittney was our project coordinator. The pavers and artificial grass look so nice! We still get many compliments from people walking in the neighborhood. We’re always happy to recommend Install-It-Direct to neighbors and friends. So when we decided to put in a back yard pool and paver deck and patio it was a no brainer to call them!
Brittney met with us to design the back yard paver project and gave us a very reasonable price. She also coordinated and supervised everything, making sure all materials arrived on time, and doing a walk through with team leader Rodolfo and my pool and fence contractors before any paver work started. All the pavers needed to match up with the existing brick patio and cement/brick walkway, as well as the pool coping and fencing that was being installed.
During construction, Rodolfo was there every day from morning until late afternoon with his crew. He did a beautiful job matching pavers to all the other surfaces in the yard and providing good drainage. He went over and above by clearing out some construction debris that was left by our other contractors, and custom cutting some of our existing brickwork to a circular pattern to fit nicely in the paver design.
Brittney came by every day to check progress and address any questions or concerns, and was always available by phone or text. Brittney is such a pleasure to work with.  She makes it all seem so easy. Once again, we are thrilled with the results!

When getting quotes for our project, I really hoped theirs would be competitive since I found James to be personable and informative when he came by our house. Turns out his price was also better… woo hoo!

I had Install-It Direct come out to give me a quote on redoing my backyard with artificial turf and pavers.  I’m the kind of guy who gets multiple quotes so I know what range of pricing I’m looking at.  Dustin came out and walked us through the process, costs, pros and cons.  Their bid came in not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive either so we ended up going with them as I got the best feeling from them as a company.  Dustin was helpful in getting some of the design elements arranged as well as offering advice on some alternative ideas.

Fast forward to the time for the work to be finished and Santiago and his team showed up.  They were very friendly, professional and efficient.  They really hammered out the job pretty quickly, did all of the grading as well as installing my pavers and border.  Came out the next day and worked until the rain shut them down, then came back out the following day as soon as the sun started to shine to get everything finished.

We ran into a slight problem where the drainage wasn’t going to work out like it should have when I discussed it with Dustin, but he worked with Santiago’s crew to identify a solution and then they took care of it without trying to squeeze more money out of us.  All in all we’re really very happy with the finished product, our backyard is vastly improved and it was done quickly.

I would recommend them to anyone whose looking to do some artificial turf or pavers, as ours ended up really nice.

I researched pavers for a long time and we had spoken to a couple of contractors. A major factor right off the bat was the price. It was a very competitive price. The salesperson who came to talk to us was very professional and not pushy at all like some of the other people we had met. She was punctual, courteous, gave us a good price and we were impressed with her. The whole backyard was done in five days. The pavers went in. We had paver stones installed in our front driveway, front walkway, courtyard, one side of the house and backyard. We also installed a sitting wall that came out nice too. There was a lot of concrete that had to be demo’ed and in fact there was two large piles that took up the driveway at least 5 feet high. We also installed 4 inch drainage system that went all around the house tied into floor drains and our gutter systems. We added about a foot of filler to level out the backyard and the pavers were set on concrete, geotextile fabric, and leveling sand. Lights were added, polymeric sand was used for the grout and the pavers were sealed to prevent staining. The project was done in just over 2 weeks and the finished product looked great. I can fully recommend Install-It-Direct for professionalism, honesty, quality work and efficiency. Thank you Install-It-Direct.

Excellent customer service, efficient, and quality work! That is how I would describe Install-It-Direct. I had 5 quotes from different contractors to do my back yard upgrades. However, when I met with Emily she continued to do the follow up calls and was always available to meet. Emily, came out to the house and presented how the work would be done and in a very short amount of time. We’d been thinking about doing our backyard for several years. A very good friend of ours who works for Install-It-Direct came out and designed the backyard around my vision (which I didn’t even know what that was) and we ended up with an amazing fire pit, water fountain, seating area, and wonderful pavers throughout the whole yard. The team that was working in the yard did a great job. They were professional, they were well behaved, they took good care of us. Ron was amazing with his plans. They did a really nice job on our driveway earlier this year. Big project. Took several days, especially because it rained half-way through. They make big efforts to be sure you have plenty of opportunity to make comments and let them know of issues. Also worked really well with my wife (I’m not the creative one on the team) in designing how the driveway would look – pattern, borders, colors, etc. We’ve gotten very nice compliments from friends and neighbors on the end result. Of course, every big home project has its share of the unexpected pop up, but this crew was really nice to work with and were very responsive and flexible. Definitely recommended.

You see a little bit of what we have here now, and I don’t think this project could have turned out any better. It’s nice for us to know that it isn’t just what we think – it’s what our family and friends who have been able to experience this have said as well. So, I guess I would say if it’s coming down to where you’re on the short side of the decision as to who you’re going to go with and the kind of product you want, I couldn’t recommend Install-It-Direct any higher than I do now. And I want to say as well that it wasn’t just about what they did before you pay the bills, before the money was spent, it was afterwards. When we had questions and other things that needed to be addressed, they were there for us and it was highly appreciated. I think you’re going to be very happy with them if you decide to use them as well.

The very professional installation crew led by Saul started a few weeks later and completed the work in a timely manner despite some rain delays. Saul’s crew showed up on time everyday and always cleaned up the work area prior to leaving the job site which was very much appreciated! They installed 1500 sq ft of pavers and 190 sq ft of pet turf with great attention to detail. We asked for small paver walls to be built up around our existing patio deck flush with the deck boards and they did this to absolute perfection! Thank you so much Saul and crew! Meanwhile Steve as our project manager handled all of the material delivery schedules and kept us in the communication loop at all times. Steve also came up with suggestions and solutions that helped us stay on budget. Thank you Steve! All in all it was a pleasure to work with Install-It-Direct and I highly recommend them.

By far, the best home improvement crew we have ever hired! From day one, we knew this is the company we wanted to complete the paver install in our front walkway and along our driveway. Emily was extremely knowledgeable about the process and designed a beautiful entrance for our house (which had been an eye sore for years). She even wrote a letter to our HOA to help gain their approval. Brilliant! Margarito and his crew were friendly, hard-working, and cleaned up each night before they left. It is with pleasure that I write this review about Install it Direct. This was our first time ever creating a back and front yard hardscape. We interviewed several companies and were most impressed by Dustin Schmitt. Dustin has a Bachelors in landscape architecture. By comparison, the other companies’ Senior Landscape Design Consultants have taken a few classes in landscape design. Dustin is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride in creating a hardscape plan that is unique and perfect for you. He designed a water fountain with seating around it which allows us to dip our feet into the water. The fountain looks amazing. Dustin is also very patient which we appreciated since this was a new learning experience for us. His drawing was very detailed so we passed HOA approval without a problem. Dustin kept in touch with us and his crew throughout the whole process. The project manager, Andy, was wonderful. He and his crew were very polite, efficient and hard working. They were very detailed oriented and artistic in cutting and laying the stone and pavers. We have gotten so many compliments on our back and front yard. We were very pleased with our experience and hope your experience will be the same.

Ron at Install-It-Direct scheduled Gustavo & Geraldo to perform artificial turf repair. They arrived at the scheduled time and did an excellent job. They were professional and explained in detail how they would proceed with the repair. We had two turf , planter, and paver jobs coordinated by Ron in 2012, and both were outstanding results. This experience was the reason we called him again to help us with this small repair job. We recommend this company for turf and stone work.

My entire backyard is a pool and pool deck. The pool deck was concrete with slate ribbons and was in bad shape…the concrete was buckling and pitted.

Will Thrower and his crew were on time, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, timely, competent with a strong desire to please. The crew always had someone on hand to answer any questions. They were helpful and mindful of maintaining good neighbor relations by minimizing noise, maintaining a work schedule compatible with the neighborhood, and keeping a neat, clean, organized work space. The crew was hard working from start to finish and I received many compliments from my neighbors regarding how well my project was going compared to some of the experiences my neighbors had had with paver installation.

They worked well with other contractors who were also doing work for me. Will and his crew completed the 1372 square foot job on time, on budget with no surprises!

I was pleased with their professionalism and my wife and I highly recommend Will and his crew.
